📋 An estimate, not an assessment

Wegtax uses the 2026 rates and RDW data. What you actually pay is on the Belastingdienst assessment or on your payslip.

🚗 Good to know

⚠️ Since 1 July 2026 the mass in running order (field G) counts for road tax. A wrong weight gives a different amount.

When you use Wegtax:

  • Fuel prices are national averages and change every day
  • Insurance, servicing and depreciation are averages; your car may differ
  • Company car tax assumes standard payroll tax; your actual deduction may differ slightly
  • Not every exception or transitional rule fits into a calculator

🚫 Liability

Wegtax and its maker are not liable for loss caused by:

  • choices you make based on a calculation
  • errors or delays in rates or in RDW data
  • the site being temporarily unreachable
